Return Policy

  • Return Policy & Information

    • We try hard to get you the right part, every time. But if you need to return a product for any reason, we want to make that as fast and easy as possible, as long as it meets the following conditions:

              a) The return product is in original condition(original box or packaging, in new and unused condition)

              b) We can not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective or falls under our  100% color guarantee.

    • When you receive your order, please check to make sure they in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
    • Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
    • We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.) and for our 100% color guaranteed products(Hong Kong Only). In other cases, a return postage fee of HK$50 will apply.

             The following conditions do not apply to refunds:
             1) Guests buy their own wrong model/style
             2) Due to market price fluctuations or preferential price changes
             3) Designate a special offer product or display product
             4) The package or product has been opened due to human damage or scratches
             5) Personal hygiene products and consumables such as razors, blood glucose test strips or blood glucose needles
             6) Each item can only returned once
