Return Policy

  • Return Items :

  • - If you find any problem with the product, please call or WhatsApp : 852-6813 3688 , excluding man-made damage.
  • - If any product you purchased at the store or website is found to be damaged within 7 days from the date of receipt/pick-up, please contact the customer service officer within 7 days and provide the relevant receipt number for replacement.

  • - After placing an order for any product that states "Pre-Order Required", except for defective products, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to personal reasons, and the payment will not be refunded. Please consider carefully before placing an order

  • - Please make sure the product and its packaging are complete. (Only once, no refund service).
  • - Once it is verified that the purchased goods meet the return and exchange conditions, a special person will contact you to arrange the relevant return and exchange procedures. You can visit the store or arrange the third-party logistics yourself to carry out the relevant return and exchange.

  • - Customers cannot return or refund if they do not meet their personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory after use

  • - Due to personal preference or unsatisfactory quality after use, returns and refund arrangements are not accepted

Return and Exchange Instructions :

- Return the product in its original condition (original box or packaging, in new and unused condition).

- We cannot accept items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective (except for man-made damage).

- When orders are received, please check to make sure they are in good condition (ie not damaged or defective), and if there is a problem with your shipment, please notify us immediately.
- We receive your return and will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item and send you an email confirmation. Note that it may take a few days for the transaction to appear in your account.
- If your return is due to an error on this site (damaged, defective or incorrect item, etc.), we will offer a free return. In other cases, we will charge HKD 50 for return postage.


Return and exchange notice, if the product has the following circumstances, it will not be able to handle the return or exchange:

        1) More than 7 days and the returned goods not requested for this return order.

        2) Customers buy wrong model/style by themselves

        3) Due to market price fluctuations or preferential price changes
        4) Designate a special offer or display
        5) The package has been opened or the product has been damaged or scratched by humans
        6) Personal hygiene products and consumables such as razors, blood sugar test strips or blood sugar needles and other consumer products
        7) Each item can be returned and exchanged at most once
