Product Warranty Terms
The company will provide maintenance services for Buyhome products (hereinafter referred to as "this product") based on the following specific terms for users (hereinafter referred to as "customers").
1. This product must be agented by Buyhome, except for the original maintenance
2. The warranty period of this product starts from the date of receipt. Customers must keep the purchase receipt for their own records
3. The company's maintenance service includes the failure of parts under normal use during the maintenance period.
Replacement, the company has the right to replace it with a product of similar level.
4. During the warranty period, all free maintenance and replacement parts must be provided by the company; any unauthorized repair or modification not performed by the company will invalidate the free warranty service provided by the company. All relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
5. Warranty applies only to Hong Kong and is non-transferable
1. This product enjoys a 7-day to 2-year self-contained limited warranty service (except that the product is not guaranteed)
1. Based on the following conditions, this product will not be warranted:
a. Damage due to use not in accordance with the instruction manual.
b. For any reason (including accidents), damage caused by man-made damage, fall, improper installation or operation.
c. Problems and faults caused by self-disassembly or repair or replacement not approved by the company.
d. Component failure caused by improper voltage input.
e. Normal hardware wear and tear.
f. Transfer of title to products other than the original purchaser.
g. Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon and other natural disasters.
h. Unsatisfied with non-product quality issues, such as: dissatisfied with product color, appearance, design, shape, price, etc.
i. At the same time, the company is not responsible for other indirect losses, expenses and other incidental damages caused by the quality problems of this product, including but not limited to information loss

j. Damage caused by storing the product in a high temperature or humid location, or by submerging in water.
2. Customer fails to provide product purchase invoice/receipt.

4. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision
1. When enjoying maintenance services, the user must present the purchase invoice and the company's products, and must provide information such as contact name, telephone number, and product purchase date.
2. After the product is tested by our company, if there is no failure or it can operate normally and pass the settings, it is judged that the maintenance is completed
3. If there is any damage or loss during the test, the company will not be responsible for and compensate for
4. Users can check the repair progress through Whatspp. Please take back the repaired product within 14 days after sending out the repair product notification, otherwise the user will be deemed to have given up the product
The ownership of the product will be handled by the company itself and the product will not be returned.
5. All parts replaced due to maintenance are the property of the company
